Mr Daniel Bahen

Mr Bahen is highly experienced in investment and financing of exploration and mining companies with extensive global experience across multiple commodities including iron ore and lithium. This includes more than 22 years with Paterson Securities and then Canaccord Genuity in various roles.
Mr Stewart McCallion
Managing Director and CEO

Mr McCallion has extensive experience in the mining industry across both Australia, and Canada where he was raised and educated. Mr McCallion is a mining professional with more than 25 years of resource industry experience, with exposure to a variety of mineral commodities including lithium, iron, gold, copper, and nickel.
Stewart’s experience spans all stages of the resource lifecycle, from exploration to development, stakeholder engagement and regulatory approvals, through to operations and rehabilitation. Mr McCallion has worked with well-regarded companies that include Hancock Prospecting, Roy Hill Holdings, Vale Inco and Lycopodium. Through this diversity of resource project experience, Stewart has honed his abilities to determine business objectives, critically evaluate opportunities and risks, and manage multi-disciplinary teams.
Mr McCallion has broad technical qualifications holding a Bachelor of Science (Geological Engineering) degree from Queen’s University, Kingston, Canada, and a Master of Engineering Management from Curtin University’s Graduate School of Business, Western Australia. Stewart is a licensed Professional Engineer (Ontario, Canada) and Member of Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.
Mr Bryan Dixon

Mr Dixon has extensive experience in the mining sector and the management of publicly listed companies. Mr Dixon has held numerous executive and director roles with emerging resource companies. He was a joint winner of the Mines and Money Asia-Pacific Mining Executive of the Year in 2017. Mr Dixon is currently a Non-Executive Director of Aura Energy Ltd. Bryan has a broad skill set across project acquisition, exploration, feasibility, financing, development, and operations of mining projects.

Mr Witt is a Chartered Accountant with experience as a consultant advising ASX listed companies on capital raisings, mergers and acquisitions, statutory accounting requirements and corporate compliance.
He is a member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting).
Mr Gary Powell
Technical Advisor

Mr Powell is an experienced geologist and mining executive with more than 35 years’ extensive experience in the mineral resources industry, ranging from grass roots exploration, feasibility studies and mining operations.
Mr Powell is a member of the Australian institute of Mining and Metallurgy and the Australasian Institute of Geoscientists and has worked for various companies with properties in Australia, Southeast Asia and Central Asia. Early successes include leading the team in the discovery of the Genesis and New Holland gold deposits in the early 1990s, which mines are currently operated by Gold Fields’ Agnew operations.
Mr Powell was a co-founder and director of LSE: AIM listed company Metals Exploration plc, overseeing the development of the Runruno Gold Project located in the Philippines from exploration through to successful completion of a scoping study and is now an operating mine. Since 2010, Mr Powell was a non-executive director of Medusa Mining Ltd and more recently a non-executive director of Strickland Resources Ltd. Until recently, he provided business development services to ASX listed Red 5 Ltd which is in the process of developing the large +4Mtpa King of the Hills gold mine in the Eastern Goldfields of WA.
