Burley Minerals is an exploration and development company with a focus on projects in Canada and Western Australia. The company has strategic projects in the world-class Tier-1 provinces of Quebec, Canada, and Western Australia, with its corporate head office located in Perth, Western Australia.

Burley listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on July 7, 2021. The company acquired 100% ownership of the Chubb Lithium Project in Quebec, Canada, and the Mt James and Dragon Lithium Projects in the Gascoyne Region of Western Australia on February 8, 2023.

Prior to listing, Burley acquired a 70% stake in Novarange Pty Ltd’s Yerecoin Iron Ore Project, located 120 km northeast of Perth, in the district of New Norcia.

Additionally, Burley owns 100% interest in the Cane Bore, Broad Flat Well, and Hardey West Hematitic Iron Ore Projects located within the Hamersley Ranges of Western Australia.
